Aggregate + per-leg status for a previously issued quote
GET/quote/:quote_id/status
Public read-only; no ownership_proof. Ethereum in-flight rows are
lazy-flipped against the upstream venue on read; Solana broadcast_unknown rows stay
in-flight until operator action. In-progress aggregates are cached per venue class: 1 s while
a speed-route leg submitted in the last 5 min is still in flight, 3 s otherwise;
poll_after_ms sits just above that window and is null once the aggregate is terminal
(stop polling).

Unknown quote_id (expired cache, never issued, or no rows persisted).
Sliding window exceeded: per-IP or per-(IP, wallet), plus a per-organisation bucket (shared across all of your keys) whenever a valid X-API-Key is presented. Retry-After header carries delta-seconds.
